Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Resident Relations Associate to join a vibrant team in Denver, CO. This is a long-term temporary role with an immediate start. The Resident Relations Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring resident satisfaction and smooth property operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager in addressing the needs of the property and its residents.
  • Address resident complaints and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments for repairs and meetings with residents to ensure timely service.
  • Prepare correspondence and notices as required for residents and property management.
  • Prepare paperwork related to resident accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Follow up with residents to guarantee work orders are completed correctly and expeditiously.
  • Assist with rent increases, late payments/collections, evictions, and the move-in/out process.
  • Maintain organized files for residents, lease applications, deposits, and related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in property management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

Required Work Hours

Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Benefits

The position offers a competitive pay range of $22 - $24 per hour DOE.
